Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session.

Distance and Outdoor Sessions Only During Covid

 

I am currently offering sessions over video chat, phone, and messenger. I am also offering a handful of outdoor sessions during the warmer weather on a case-by-case basis.

 

Office and in-home sessions, as well as Mi Via Medicaid/Medicare Self-Directed Waiver sessions will be available again once it is safe to do so.

Equity Pricing

Rate if you have a sustainable financial situation:

$120 for a 60-minute session

$180 for a 90-minute session

​

Rate if you have more than enough:

​

$160 for a 60-minute session

$240 for a 90-minute session

​

If you are someone who is lower income, especially if you experience one or more kinds of marginalization, don't hesitate to ask about sliding scale and gift economy options. I strongly believe in making as much of this work as possible available to everyone, so please contact me and we can talk about what is both affordable for you and feels like an investment in our work and your own healing.

If you are someone who has more than enough financially, consider paying more than the standard range, to help subsidize clients who do not have the same financial access. Many of the people I work with need a reduced rate, and many of my neurodivergent clients need sessions longer than an hour, so whatever you contribute beyond the standard rate expands equity and access.

​

Market rate: This is hard to define, given that I practice a synthesis of modalities and unique approaches, but colleagues tend to offer $90-$250 per hour for similar sessions.
